  • Apple Safari 16 or newer (macOS Ventura, iOS 16+)

JavaScript and TLS 1.2+ must be enabled. Pop-up blockers should allow this domain for the one-time-code dialog.

Network requirements

  • Outbound HTTPS (TCP/443) to this workspace endpoint
  • Stable round-trip latency < 250 ms recommended for sync
  • If your branch office uses a transparent proxy, ensure it does not strip WebSocket upgrade headers
  • MTU 1400 or higher on the path

Hardware token (one-time code)

  • Codes refresh every 30 seconds; allow up to 1 minute of clock drift on your workstation
  • Do not share or photograph one-time codes; each code is single-use
  • Lost or damaged tokens must be reported to your IT administrator within 24 hours

Common issues

  • “Invalid credentials or expired one-time code” — verify clock sync, then retry with a fresh 6-digit code from your token
  • Account locked — wait 15 minutes after 5 failed attempts, or request an unlock via reset access
  • Sync stuck on “Verifying…” — check the status page for ongoing incidents
  • Slow file transfers — large transfers are throttled during business hours; schedule overnight syncs

For account, token or access issues, contact your local IT administrator. They will use the internal ticketing system to escalate to the workspace operations team.
